Re: Avian Veterinary Certificates
For extra peace of mind, we offer an optional avian veterinary certificates that include a qualified avian veterinarian examination of your parrotlet that is a signed confirmation of: body condition, body health and a microscopic faecal examination to exclude parasitic/fungal infections.
Re: Adopting pairs
If adopting a pair, we recommend they be kept separately, unless adopting a male and female. Such pairs may be kept either as pets, or for future breeding.
We will be able to confirm from our breeding records whether the birds are unrelated and therefore suitable as a pair.
Both hand raised and parent raised birds may be suitable for breeding. In fact, many of our breeding pairs were hand raised and are indeed very successful.
