Aussie Parrotlets can organise a time for pick-up from us in Redbank Plains QLD, or alternatively deliver your parrotlet (or up to two parrotlets) to Virgin Pet freight in Brisbane.

If we are delivering your parrotlet, your parrotlet(s) will be flown to your chosen airport for collection. Full details of the process are found HERE.

To ensure a smooth collection on the day, you will need the booking confirmation email that you should have received 48 hours prior to arrival. Here’s what you need it for and what to bring:

• note the flight arrival time to plan your trip
• use the attached collection facility guide document to see how to navigate to the collection facility
• provide the Waybill number, which is required to collect the flight box
• you may be asked to provide photo ID as the purchasing party or nominated collecting agent

We will email you to work out a day. For major airports, this will be a Saturday, usually around noon. Some smaller airports operate on certain weekdays only.
